An arrangement for measuring moisture in gases comprises a substrate containing a sensitive surface and a transducer. The sensitive surface has periodically arranged hydrophilic surfaces which are surrounded by hydrophobic regions. Preferred Features: The hydrophilic surfaces are arranged in the transducer regions with highest sensitivity. The periodic structures are arranged in a hexagonal shape.
