A pressure feedback control unit controls the hydraulic pressure control unit, so that the actual pressure measured by an actual hydraulic pressure detector unit is adjusted by a desired hydraulic pressure adjustment unit. A control unit controls the hydraulic pressure control unit through the rpm feedback control unit, when a stand state detector unit determines that the vehicle is moving and controls the hydraulic control unit through the pressure feedback control unit, if the vehicle is not moving.
