An air duct(12) is installed vertically inside the passenger saloon in the proximity of the boundary between a pillar(62) and window glass(61). One section of the air duct closer to the window glass forms a convex cross sectional portion(12a) which in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle projects forwards. A lining(63) covers the air duct together with the pillar and the window glass. The lining is constructed so that it is located along the convex cross sectional portion. An end section(63b) of the lining lying adjacent to the window glass converges towards the pillar.
