Vertical-axis water jet turbine, creating torque of inner rotor created by reactive force of water jets from rotor jets

The turbine has two independent rotors driven by the active and reactive force of water jets. The inflowing water from the pressure line (3) puts the inner rotor (1) with eccentric jets (15) in motion. The outer blade rotor (4) is driven by the active force of the water jets issuing from the inner rotor hitting the blades at high speed.
