The device has a drive hub (24), fastened to the shaft (12), to support the hub (16) of a ventilator rotor (10). It also has a holder ring (26), which slides onto the shaft and has elastic retainers, to press the rotor hub elastically against the drive hub. The drive hub is fitted partially into the rotor hub, and the two are locked non-turnable. The retainers comprise of elastic tongues (44) engage into a groove (50) in the shaft.
