An electrode pair (2) inside quartz glass discharge container (1) are sealed by a sealing made of mercury, halogen and lithium metal. The lithium metal has preset integrating radiation power at wavelengths 402.5-407.5 nm, 667.5-672.5 nm, mercury has a pressure greater than or equal to 10 MPa and halogen content is 3*10-3 units with respect to volume of container.
