A cylinder (51) has a first liquid room (511) of the axial-direction one side connected to a clutch master cylinder, and a second liquid room (512) of the axial-direction other side connected to a clutch operating cylinder. A piston (513) that divides the liquid rooms is provided to a flow limiting device (5) provided between the clutch master cylinder and the clutch operating cylinder. The piston has an annular groove (513c) connected via a path (513a) in the piston interior to the piston periphery, and a land (513d) formed in the axial-direction side of the groove. The first and second passages (52,53) which open to the cylinder are provided. When the piston is in the stroke position of axial-direction middle to which a clutch becomes a half-clutch condition, the opening of the second passage is closed by the land.
