The dehydrator (2) comprises a dryer unit (1) containing drying agent which absorbs humidity from the inner air and dehydrates the absorbed air after heating. A hot air pump cycle supplied hot water for use as a heat source for a hot-water supply system. A heat medium is heated in the heat-pump cycle and is used as the heating source of the drying agent.
