The arrangement includes an integrated protection arrangement (6) against injury from accident, especially against cervical vertebra syndrome and/or trauma in case of a stern impact. The protection arrangement consists of several individual deformation elements (10) integrated between a rigid carrying frame (12) and an upholstery (14). The deformation elements are distributed over the back and are elastic, in such way that the person is moved evenly under braking energy absorption into the back at a lower velocity impact in the area of 10 to 30 km/h.
