An apparatus for sending label from 1st driven rotating cylinder to 2nd driven rotating cylinder, these two rotating cylinders have a nipper-type grip and sword-shaped article. The grip has a controlled pivotable jowl to match with fixing jowl of corresponding rotating cylinder. The sword-shaped article is controlled to shift the label into opening grip of the other rotating cylinder. It is used for sending bottom cover from a sending or peeling rotating cylinder of bag-producing machine to applying rotating cylinder, which is continuously sending the bottom cover to opening bottom of bag. Its features are: Install a 2nd controlling device on pivotable jowl of each rotating cylinder, to limit the motion of controlling device of gripping motion of pivotable jowl, and to let jowl to substitute the function of sword article. Reciprocally setting the diameter of two rotating cylinders, to match the grip and sword-shaped article.
