An inert mass formed as a blocking mass, as large as possible, is connected between the wheel rolling on the track and vehicle structure. Both the vehicle structure in relation to the blocking mass, and also the blocking mass in relation to the wheel are sprung as weakly as possible. To reduce the unacceptably large level differences of the structure in relation to the track with the vehicle empty and loaded, two independently working level adjustments are set up which each maintain a spring stage at constant height independently of the loading.
