The slot wedge (2) is for fitting into an undercut groove in a profiled bar, and has a formed spring (1) fastened to it, supported on the groove base. The spring has a contact pressure plate (3), which is convex in all surface directions. The plate is connected via flexible spiral arms (4) to a carrier plate (5), connected to the slot wedge. The arms and the two plates form a one-piece stamped part.
