In order to communicate with each other and with an external bus (1) the functional modules (11, 12) of a local unit (10), the device according to the invention comprises: at least one internal bus (4, 5) of the type of the external bus by the functional module (11, 12), the latter being coupled to the internal bus (4, 5) so that each module (11, 12) or the single transmitter on at least one of the internal bus (4, 5), and a receiver on the other internal bus (6); an additional internal bus (7) for each external bus (1), of the same type as the internal bus (4, 5), providing for the diffusion to the functional modules (11, 12) of the information passing through the external bus (1); and a coupling module (13) ensuring the transfer to the external bus (1) of the information on the internal bus (4 to 6) and intended to another local unit connected to the external bus (1).
