The invention relates to a sheet of synthetic material. The sheet includes, throughout its volume, heterogeneities of dyeing (tinting) which form decorative patterns on each face of the sheet. The patterns consist of a substantially homogeneous colour background (14) and of streaks (13, 15) of colour different from the background. The streaks (13) are not straight and substantially parallel to each other, while the streaks (15) are straight and parallel to each other, perpendicular to the streaks (13) and located on the opposite face of the sheet. Application in particular as a packaging sheet.
