The postable book has a cover (1) with an address zone (2) and a stamping zone (3) containing multiple pages. Access to the pages is controlled by a removable adhesive label seal (12) co-operating with the cover. The seal can move between a position in which the book is held closed and a position allowing access to the pages. In the closed position, the seal allows viewing of the address and stamping zones to allow mailing.
