Supple plates (3) are attached on structure made of precast panel (2) placed around pit for swimming pool. Holding brace (5) are attached on both edges of plate with nut, and has hook (7) placed at end. Plate is folded and attached with bolts (8). Split tube (9) is inserted along plate, covering bolts. Finally, concrete is poured in formwork to complete reinforcing pillar. As formwork has no closed end, concrete escapes through bottom, forming concrete roll (12). An Independent claim is also included for the description of the reinforcing pillar.
