A cubital section (20) h second articulation surface (S2) to pivot around an axis (X1) of the first surface. The cubital section has fixing screws (36) t retain a locking cap (30) forming a third articulation surface (S3). The second and third surfaces extend for more than one hund and eighty degrees of the complete surface.
