Sticky composition for bitumen / reinforced polyurethane geomembrane, characterized in that it comprises one or more compounds of the polyurethane type and one or more corresponding hardening agents. The composition may preferably comprise a filler, a crosslinking agent and a silane. The composition is in the form of a two-component kit. The composition is used to make joints. A method of implementation as well as a method of producing the composition are claimed.
