A holder has an L-shaped plate with a cut-out in the bottom of the stem of the L so the cut-out material forms a foot that is an extension of the base. A U-shaped part fits around the three free of the base of the L. An Independent claim is included for the following the manufacturing the above holder includes injection moulding a preform of the plate that includes the cut out. The preform is subsequently locally heated so it can be formed into the L-shape with the foot.
