Detecting method includes : (a) production of event signal indicating occurrence of event; (b) comparison of event signal with event signal relating to previous occurrence so as to check if new occurrence is repetition of previous occurrence; and (c) production of repetitive event signal if event is repetition of previous element. An Independent claim is also included for the intelligent system.
