An admissible maximal value of noise level is calculated for every transport carrier and distance criteria according to the applicable norm and a time of day and night. The acceptable maximal value of sound level is kept as so-called value limits for a point of a concerned site. The obtained results are displayed on a computer screen. An Independent claim is included for: (a) a information system for collecting and processing noise level over given part of a terrain
