A plate of surface or varying reflections surface (1) of automotive license plate is produced by a programmed printer (3) printing the registration characters of vehicle license plate. A motive codes (11) are recognized by the printer (3) and arranged on the plate or the surface (1). The motive codes (11) include all data of the plate except the characters of registration of the vehicles. An Independent claim is included for: (a) a film type reflecting surface
