Disposable patisserie mold comprises a layer of corrugated cardboard sandwiched between two layers of paper, the whole mold being shaped to have hollows serving as molds for pastry articles. The mold comprises cardboard tray consisting of a first layer of corrugated paper sandwiched between two second layers of paper and having several hollows serving as molds for pastry food products. The first layer has 300-600 micro-corrugations per meter and the entire tray has a depth of 0.8-4 mm.
