The truck (2), provided with a motor (3), is coupled to a tubular mast (5) for raising and lowering apparatus by activating a chain (6) inside the mast. A yoke (14) is mounted in the mast access opening (13). The truck has at the front a horizontal arm (15) which at its free end, intended to enter the mast, comprises, mounted along a horizontal axis, a sliding return pulley for the chain. The yoke has a notch and a hole in which are engaged respectively a transverse arm pin and an assembly pin (22) which also passes through a corresponding arm hole.
