System comprises a storage device (10) for user consumables (A3, A4), a delivery section (80) for supply of collections of user consumables following an order, a communications network (30), a re-order level setting device (S1-S4, 16) and a device (M1) for transmission of order data via the network to the delivery section. An Independent claim is made for a procedure for re-ordering consumables using the above system.
