Refrigerating system for food comprises double-walled stove with inner and outer walls defining volume through which coolant circulates, volume having entry and exit points attached to standard cooling system
System comprises double-walled stove with inner (1) and outer (2) walls defining volume (3) through which coolant circulates. Volume has entry point (4), and exit point (5) for coolant, points being linked through pipework to cooling system. More precisely, liquid exiting volume is carried though pipe (6) to cold water exchanger (7) linked to cold unit (8). When leaving exchanger (7), coolant is directed to storage tank (9) equipped with immersion heater (12). When leaving tank, coolant is sucked by pump (13) to evaporator (14) linked to fan (15). Coolant is then transferred via pipe to entry point.
