System has fresh air input pipe (12), air transmission (26) and air reheating branches (28), fed from input pipe, and communicating with mixing zone (34). Mixing shutter (40) is fitted at junction of input pipe and branches for spreading air flow between branches. Additional shutter (50) is fitted at junction (24) of input pipe and air reheating branch, which is displaceable in coordination with mixing shutter between two end positions. One a closure position in which the additional shutter cooperates with the mixing shutter to close communication with the input pipe and the reheating branch so that the fresh air feeds into the air transmission branch and the other an open position in which the shutter cooperates to open communication between input pipe and the reheating branch. The mixing shutter closes the communication between the pipe and the branch (26) to allow air to flow in the reheating branch.
