The hands free mobile phone is held on a belt (1) and has a spring acting roller (12) and cord which extends. The cord has an ear piece (2) which is applied to the ear and a microphone (3) near the mouth. The belt has an antenna with transmitter and receiver, a command circuit for peripheral apparatus, a speech recognition circuit and battery feed.
