Required network resources are set in accordance with quality of service between an initiating and a destination terminal is established by exchange of messages. The network physical structure of the connected network is established through the intermediate network setting. A network connected between the initiating and destination terminals is related to quality of service to execute the application between these terminals using HTML and Java environment.
