The nasal spray has a child-proof cap (20) which fits over the nozzle (15). The cap has an axial tab (31) with a radial component (32) which has a U-shaped cross-section. A flange (13) at the base of the nozzle has a recess (12) into which the U-shaped component fits to lock the cap in place.
