Transferless composition for care or make-up of keratinic materials, especially skin or lips, comprises a volatile hydrocarbon solvent, a nonvolatile silicon compound and a nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil
Composition for care or make-up of keratinic materials comprises a volatile hydrocarbon solvent (I), a nonvolatile silicon compound (II) which is soluble or dispersible in (I), and a nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil (III) which is soluble in (I), is incompatible with (II) and has solubility parameters delta D = 16.40-19.00 (J/cm3)1/2 and delta a = 2.00-9.08 (J/cm3)1/2. Independent claims are also included for the following : (1) use of the composition; and (2) process for the preparation of the composition.
