Handle (10) comprises a pivoting organ (14) which is originally in an unactive position. The pivoting organ is coming back to its unactive position under the action of elastic means (28,48,76,84) and has indexing means (20,28,40,48,62,76,84) which are retracted when the pivoting organ is in one active position. The organ can be moved outwardly to an unlocking position (Id) where it connects with an unlocking commutator (70) or inwardly to a locking position (Iv) where it connects with a locking commutator (40). Both commutator initiate the communication with the control unit to decide if the action is allowed by this person.
