The geothermal heating circuit for a dwelling has a smart fluid distributor for automatic fluid heat exchange in the dwelling spaces, with heat recuperators and geothermal heat extractors. The heat pump can be used to produce heating and cooling simultaneously in the building. The circuit consists borings, a heat pump for the spaces to be heated, cooled chilled and a distribution reservoir to allow management of the combinations of heat and cold with he desired precision.
