The heat dissipation mounting support has a high power laser (1) with an upper mounting layer (2), a central layer (3) and a lower layer (4) mounted on a cooling body (5). The upper and lower layers are made of materials with a thermal coefficient of expansion lower than that of the laser bar, and the layers have notch open sections (2a,4a) crossing the laser bar width. The layer material has a very high thermal conductivity. The central layer has a coefficient of expansion above the laser bar.
