Machine comprises a base (10) with a casing (20) mounted on it, the casing being a seat part. Inside the casing on the top face of the inside wall there are two superior positioning blocks (25,26) with a V-shaped slots. AN inferior slot is fixed on the bottom face of the casing. The second seat part (41) is fixed at one end of a rod (40) while a braking block at the other end has one surface sliding within the inferior slot (27) and another surface in the superior slot (25). Likewise the pedal bar (50) has a braking block (52), which cooperates with two slots of the positioning blocks (26,27)
