The present invention relates to a device for continuously rotating filtration (10) of a liquid such as a solution containing a precipitate. According to the present invention, the device comprises a cylindrical drum (16) of revolution and horizontal axis, rotation by a drive system (22), a plurality of filter elements each arranged axially forming at least part of the cylindrical wall of the drum (16), said filter elements each being connected to a process duct, a system supply of liquid to be filtered opening out inside said drum (16), a cake evacuation system (36), a filtrate evacuation system passing through said process conduits, a set of hydraulic power supplies comprising a pulsed supply of compressed air and means forcing the passage of said liquid through the filtering elements, said supply assembly being able to communicate with said con process duits by a connection system (40) allowing an angular distribution of the operations carried out by said device, these operations comprising at least the filtration of the liquid and the separation of the cake from said filtering elements by unclogging.
