A device designed for permanent expansion of the penial shaftskin Consists of three separate parts: a solid cylindrical union for connection to the shaftskin with a concave cup one end to receive the glans, two equally spaced connecting point the other (FIG 1); An elasticated tensioning attachment (FIG 2); and an adjustable leg harness allowing an increase or decrease of tension applied (FIG 3).
