The 'P3' : integrated, stand alone, three independent configurable, rate adaptive channels systems is a highly featured portable transmission product aimed at deployments in harsh industrial and tactical defence applications. The products primary application is to extend LAN (Local Area Network) links over distances of 3 to up to 25 Kms of copper cable. Unlike other similar products in the market today, P3 achieves its primary application whilst offering several important integrated features in one package, requiring no additional equipment to configure or manage its operation. In addition to data extension links P3 offers integrated voice communications over the same copper cable as used for data transmission (at the same time). Integrated PCM/CIA card interface significantly expands P3's application, including the following; Ivideo-conferencing, industrial control of machinery, sensors monitoring, meteorological weather stations control, etc./I Custom designed housing, including P3's auxiliary power source, interconnection panel, telephone hand-set, keypad and display further enhances products versatility as a stand alone, portable product. H1BDisplay and Keypad/B/H1 Integrated keypad and display provide all units operation and management functions and eliminate the need of any additional equipment. H1BVoice (Telephone)/B/H1 Integrated in the design and allows independent voice communications of data over the copper cable H1BExternal Plug-in Options - PCM/CIA/B/H1 P3 features the industry standard PCM/CIA interface for additional applications to be established transparently over copper links (Ie.g. instrument control, sensors, video cameras, encryption devices, etc.)/I H1BP3 Housing/B/H1 Custom design to integrate all of P3's components, as well as, to provide environmental protection to the unit's electronics and thus making it suitable for industrial and defence applications in environmentally harsh conditions.
