In the order from the substrate side, an optical absorption film having a thickness of 3 to 12 nm as a main component and an oxide film having a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.70 and a film thickness of 70 to 140 nm were formed, and a low reflection performance with respect to an oblique incident light, a sufficient wear resistance and a high anti light transmittance for a window of a transport device window.
