PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance flexibility, make thinning possible, and make positioning of a welding point easy by sealing a pair of wire-shaped or plate-shaped conductor ends to an insulating plate with a sealing insulating plate, and housing a low melting point, fusible alloy fixed to the most end part of an exposed conductor in a space formed between both plates and a cover insulating plate connected to these plates. SOLUTION: A low melting point, fusible alloy 7 welded to the most end part 4 and coated with flux 8 is arranged in a space formed between an insulating plate 1 interposing the ends 5 of a pair of wire-shaped conductors 2, 3, sealing insulating plates 6, 6a, and a cover insulating plate 9. At least one of these three insulating plates is made of thermoplastic resin to make a fuse part flexible. By making at least one of the insulating plate 1 and the cover insulating plate 9 with ceramic having high heat conductivity and using no tubular ceramic insulating case, the fuse part is made thin. The use of Ni in the wire-shaped conductors 2, 3 as the base material is preferable, and thereby welding to an operation is made simple.
