PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the KARAOKE device that can decide the skillfulness of singing irrelevantly to the difficulty of sung music. SOLUTION: Difficulty data on KARAOKE music are stored together with music data for a KARAOKE music performance and when the KARAOKE music begins to be played, the difficulty of the KARAOKE music is displayed. Then singing is scored on the basis of its guide melody and the deviation value of the scores is calculated on the basis of the difficulty data and displayed as a scoring result. Consequently, the skillfulness of singing of a singer is displayed objectively in consideration of the difficulty of the KARAOKE music.
