PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a large indented section capable of sufficiently recognizing the random rubble pattern of natural stone even from a remote distance while providing concrete forms having excellent transportability and workability even when the large indented section is formed. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of forms, in which a plurality of indented sections 10a, 10b, 10c..., in which the random rubble patterns of natural stone are formed on one surfaces, are arranged irregularly, are composed of combination bodies A, B, C, D combined in square shapes.
