PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord allowing visual and safe judgment of whether a power cord or an extension cord is disconnected or not, and visual judgement of whether electric apparatus is powered on or not without using wasteful energy. ;SOLUTION: This cord has a conductor covered with an insulating cover material.
