INCLINATION SENSOR WITH TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION DEVICE AND DRILLING METHOD OF GROUND USING INCLINATION SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure verticality of a drilled ditch, while avoiding decline of drilling efficiency.;SOLUTION: A temperature compensation device 12 is attached to this inclination sensor 10. The temperature compensation device 12 is equipped with a cover 12a, a temperature sensor 12b, a heater 12c, a temperature transferring consistent material 12d, and a temperature control circuit 12e. The cover 12a is formed to have a square box shape having one open end, and a casing 14 of the inclination sensor 10 can be installed inside. The heater 12c is connected to the temperature control circuit and provided with an electric power by a drive signal transmitted from the temperature control circuit based on a temperature signal detected by the temperature sensor 12b. When installing the inclination sensor 10 on a place having a different temperature condition, the inclination sensor 10 is heated in accordance with the required temperature condition by the heater 12c, and zero-point adjustment of the inclination sensor 10 can be executed in the state in accordance with the temperature condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
