PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To roll and a metal sheet excellent in gloss at low cast by in-corporating a pair of upper and lower rolling rolls to which cross ground marks having ground marks which are inclined to the circumferential direction of the rolling roll and crossed with each other are imparted in one or more stands and making at least a pair of the upper and lower rolling rolls of the final stand of sintered hard alloy. ;SOLUTION: In the cross ground marks, the marks forming an inclined angle θ1 in a clockwise direction to the circumferential direction and ones forming an inclined angle θ2 in an counterclockwise direction are imparted to the surface so as to be crossed with each other. In (a) of the figure, the ground marks have the inclined angles θ1, θ2 which are respectively uniform and average values of the both are approximately same, (b) is the case where the inclined angles θ1, θ2 are respectively uniform and the average values of the both are made to differ and, in (c), the both are not ununiform. It is preferable to define the average values of the inclined angles as 5-85° and the roughness of the ground mark as the range of 0.04-4.0 μm by the center-line average roughness Ra.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
