PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device therefor by which properties which are made an object when production is made by an indirect measurement system are easily and accurately controlled in a process for producing product fluid of prescribed properties. ;SOLUTION: To a NG line 1, an indirect measurement calorimeter 5 for measuring the mixed quantity of interference compositions and the composition variation quantity giving variation to compositions of fed fluids and object properties is fitted. To an Air line 2, a flowmeter 8 for measuring the flow rate of Air is fitted. From measured values measured by the indirect measurement calorimeter 5 and the flowmeter 8, the positions of the fluids before mixing under an area consisting of indirect measurement physical quantities used in indirect measurement of the product fluid and object property values are obtained. Based on the obtained positions on the area and the positions determined from properties of other fluids before mixing of known compositions, points of intersection of the variation range of the product fluid and the desired object property values are obtained, and from the points of intersection, object indirect measurement physical quantities are obtained to control property of the product fluid by a controller 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
