PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control characteristics of a member which vibrates about an axis of rotation by varying the vibration frequency of the member. SOLUTION: This frequency controller controls the place where a finger 28 and a stick S abut against each other by making a hand part 18, equipped with the finger 28 restricting the vibration of the stick S by abutting against the stick S from above and below, when the stick S vibrates around a hit center SS, to and away from the hit center SS along the length of the stick S through a slider 12 and a ball screw 19, thereby controlling the vibration frequency of the stick S.
