PURPOSE: To provide an underground waste heat hot water recovering air conditioning refrigerator which is hardly affected by ambient temperature and can be efficiently heat exchanged. CONSTITUTION: Cooling water fed into a feed water cistern 1 is fed to the condenser tube of an air conditioning cooler 3 through each branch pipe 21 branched from a cooling pipe 2 connected to the condenser tubes, and, after receiving heat there, collected to a recovering cistern 5 through a recovering pipe 4. The cooling water recovered into the recovering cistern 5 flows into a cool-down cistern 7 through a cool-down pipe 6, and circulated again being pumped-up into a rooftop water feed cistern through a water feed pipe 81 by an automatic draw pump. The water feed cistern 1 comprises an upper cistern 12 and a lower cistern 11, and automatically fed with water by a feed water unit 14. A water feed pipe 42 is connected to each recovering branch pipe 41, which is connected to a recovering pipe 4, and hot water can be used through a faucet 43.
