PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility during work so as to improve operability by providing piping members parallel inside a recess formed at a lower bottom part of a boom, along the longitudinal direction of the boom, and pressing the piping members from below by a clamping means. ;SOLUTION: A lateral pair of booms 12 have upper plate parts and side plate parts 12B, 12B laterally relative and connected to the upper plate parts, and a band plate part 12C connecting the relative side plate parts 12B, 12B to each other is provided at a lower bottom part to form a recess 32 with the band plate member 12C as a bottomed part, along the longitudinal direction of each boom 12, Piping members 17-20 to a fluid cylinder are provided parallel in the recess 32, and a bolt is screwed into a nut with a clamping means 33 fastened to the band plate member 12C, so as to press the piping members 17-20 from below to clamp them. Visibility trouble caused by the piping members 17-20 to the fluid cylinder is therefore improved, and maneuverability of a boom type working machine is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
