PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of changing fine grain wastes, such as sludge or incineration ash or slag, to regenerated crushed stones, filling, etc., which are not used for reclamation of a management type final disposition plant but are circulatable as valuable resources.;SOLUTION: A solidifying agent C and necessary water are fed from a hopper of a vacuum soil kneading machine to the fine grain wastes AB and while the mixture is deaerated, the mixture is agitated and extruded. After continuous moldings H are cured, the moldings are crushed by a crusher and are classified. The classified molding are sold as the regenerated crushed stones.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
